I offer one-to-one and group transformation through dialogue, gender dynamics, conversation techniques especially working with senior men to align them with women. Sessions range from 1-3 hours, half and full days, in-house tailored hands on consultancy, and retreats designed to lift performance of men and women together.  I have worked with senior leaders, teams and the larger workforce. I love to work on real life situational change goals that impact work results and influence the achievement of a better life for each person..
